That is very cool. Your book seems like a decent test too. While you don't have an obviously mystery title, online that matters less because people search by subject. But it also has niche appeal - likely to attract a small but devoted audience of Dog Mystery people.
I do have desktop publishing experience, and the tools at hand, but I don't think I'd do paper unless I had some special event like you had.
