We will send a transport box to the NAME & ADDRESS supplied via the information fields in this ticket.
To fill out customer information fields in this ticket you need to log-in at
http://support.irexreader.com/ select "My Support" and click "Edit Your Profile".
If the address info is complete you will receive within days a transport box, a return label and shipping instructions.
Note: We cannot ship to PO boxes as there needs to be signed for receipt.
Note: Additional shipment cost will be charged if a shipment is refused, undeliverable by the courier or not pick-up by the customer if the courier gave a notification.
Please upload a readable copy of your invoice to this ticket to check warranty.

If you seek service in a country that is not the country of purchase, you will have to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges.
Read the shipping instructions carefully and follow the steps and details provided. Assure to ship to the address mentioned in the shipping instructions and use the supplied return label. Please mention to the courier that the shipment is based on freight collect.
Please be informed that in case of a repair out of guarantee, you may be invoiced for the costs of repair, material and transport.
In case of "no fault found" or you disagree with our findings and/or decides not to repair we will charge transport and investigation costs i.e. 75 service credits. See our webshop for the actual amount in your currency and location.
We attempt to provide a correct cost estimate upfront and may require prepayment of the cost estimate.
If investigation shows more or less costs we will settle the amount difference with the owner.
Units are returned after costs of transport, investigation and repair are paid.
Before you ship the product(s) to us, make sure to backup the data on the SD-Card. Remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information. Please do return the SD-card though - we will update it with the latest software.
