In the face of all the recent “ceci tuera cela” arguments (Kindle killing, iPad failing kind of stuff), this seems to me the most reasonable and predictable accommodation, both companies falling back to what they are better in: Amazon selling books (no matter on whose device), Apple selling hardware (no matter whose book).

Isn't it?
