Thanks a lot frabjous and eksor.

I've tried the pdfmanipulate.exe in Calibre. It works!

The correct margin parameters are:

x = left
v = right
w = top
y = bottom

Regarding the unit, if I want to cut the margin by 1 inch, I have to specify 72.
