Does it work while it's plugged in, or does it not turn on at all?

If it works while plugged in, but doesn't work when you unplug it, then it would sound like the USB port is getting power. Most likely that would indicate that the batter is bad.

If it doesn't turn on at all, even when plugged in, then I would suspect the USB port.

Is it still under warranty?
