I'm having the same problem with my PRS-300. I have it USB'd to my computer, the red light is on and it shows the universal symbol for "don't do it!" in the center with a little symbol underneath showing the USB cord being unplugged. It's been like this for about an hour. All I wanted to do was transfer the new books I bought from the Sony store and it seems like it's stuck. What should I do? I'm afraid to unplug it because I saw somewhere that it would damage the unit. HELP!!!
