I'm very interested in this tablet PC! It's 899€ in Germany which is essentially a bargain considering it features a Wacom digitizer! Honestly, I can't really decide between the iPad, the HP Slate and this HP Touchsmart. The former two are much lighter and smaller than the Touchsmart. I'm not sure if I would really want to carry around a 2kg notebook all day. Actually, I do know the answer to it, as I currently own a Macbook 13" which feels pretty heavy to me. But the big advantage of the Touchsmart is the Wacom digitizer which would make a great mobile extension to my Cintiq at home.
If you don't care for the Wacom digitizer or any pen input at all, I would rather recommend a slate such as the aforementioned. After all they are much lighter due to their lack of a physical keyboard.
