Well I got my refurb unit, charged it and brought it out to test.
Unfortunately it is experiencing the same issue. I took a video and posted it on
youtube to share with you and sony support. Unfortunately the support representative I am on the phone with now is unable to access the web LOL. Anyway, they escalated the issue to second level and I am to send back the refurb and as soon as they get it back they will ship me another one overnight. Keeping my fingers crossed that the next one works out alright.
