Yet it appears it was started today. Perhaps the original poster has been trapped in some two year rain cycle and simply wants it to finally stop? Is there some biblical flood in Wisconsin that has not been reported on the news? If it really is two years and counting, are boat sales skyrocketing there? How about umbrellas and raincoats?
