I used to live over neighbors who would blare their stereo VERY late at night. I finally got fed up and placed my speakers face down on the floor over their bedroom and played Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty ballet when I got up in the morning. Don't know if they understood why, but it made me feel better!
