I'm not familiar with the
Edge, but if you recommend it, I'm sure it's worth checking out. I'm a past subscriber to the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry's
Skeptical Inquirer magazine and a current subscribe to the Council for Secular Humanism's
Free Inquiry magazine. Although their missions are different, they complement each other nicely; both are great magazines, and both are published by the Center For Inquiry, of which Paul Kurtz is the founder and Chair Emeritus.
Good of you to mention the TED Talks; they are incredible. How wonderful to live in a day and age when knowledge once reserved for the wealthy and elite is so readily and freely available for anyone with an inquiring mind!
