Yes, it is, however I don't like the tilting feature so I can't report exhaustively on that, as I don't use it. From its side, ghosting is, as far as I've used it, not bothering at all. While reading it's been a non-issue with me (I actually discovered the ghosting only in a white page, and it can be almost not seen).
