Yes it is however you still make life a lot easier if you edit the ini file as someone mentioned so the program displays in English vice Chinese.
PDF and DOC is a start but I don't read e-books in those formats unless that's all I can get. My favored format is html. All the Baen free library books I grab are in html. And yes I vastly prefer left justification also. I would like to see the reader display whatever justification you have set in the html.
