Here is how to upgrade your firmware if you have a mind to do it.
Download the files Delstar referred us to. Save them into a folder and unzip them. Run the setup file RK28DM_Setup.exe that is in the Tools/Setup folder. When it’s finished, it will launch a wizard to run the RK28 Device Manager. Using the Manager, browse to the 3172010 folder and select the W950A.img file. Press the left button just below the to path window run the installer. Once it’s finished, press the left button on the pop up to then close the window.
