If anyone is as lazy as I am and knows how to drive a mail-merge document in MS Word, I've put 2 documents up on my "skydrive" site - the body of the letter is in "letter to publishers" and the book titles, authors, ISBN numbers and email addresses are in "books and publishers" (the list is probably out of date now but you can update it).
The other folders contain free books that you are also welcome to grab.
