Ah okay, I thought so. I've decided for a combination of skins and covers for some readers.
Both Kindles still perfectly fit into their Amazon covers and the skins look great.
For nook, I'm using the case logic hardcover from my Sony 900. Works with skin as well of course.
A silicon cover would have more protection. But I'm not really worried. The skin protects against scratches and the cover is enough for transportation.
With the skins, I don't have the problems about hairs and pet fur.
