It's all food I really love, being brought up on heat (be it chili or curries from several Asian regions). I'm not a lover of super-hot, but I certainly like a bit of heat, including chili. I have a preference towards all the varieties of curries of the Subcontinent, though it's actually Thai that gets the bigger go in this house, as The Loved One tends to be our cook, and he's a fan (he prefers Mexican and its evolved varieties and neighbours over Subcontinent though).
