Guacamole is best (and real easy) homemade, as you can vary the ingredients to your own taste. Failing entry of our Mexican friends, look to advice from those above their northern border. Many Americans tend to know good guacamole the same way they know good chili (con carne).

I make GREAT guac!

. chili con carne is more texmex than Mexican. true chilie is meat (usually pork) and chilies and spices. I have about 7 different versions I make.
