My name is Freddy and i am a Tech. Support Specialist with Delstar and i am here to help you guys with whatever you need. As you probably already know, we are releasing the first of a few to come Firmware upgrades. This upgrade is going to solve a lot of issues that you may be having. To begin with it is going to enable the reader to fully accept and read PDF and WORD files. It will also correct some other minor issues you may be experiencing. The main thing to keep in mind is that I will take whatever feedback and information that I receive from you all to further develop our firmware upgrades to solve your problems. I will do my best to solve all your issues. Your input and feedback is crucial to the further development of our product. I hope to help you all as much as i possibly can.
