Are those problems (dirt, pet fur, ...) really about skins (vinyl) or are they when using silicon covers? I have to watch it, but so far (just checked with one of my valuable = rare hairs) the vinyl skin seems fine. But of course it doesn't give any protection, it's just some personalisation.
