Oh, man, I love steak tartare! I haven't had it in months. Not since the day I saw a kid licking the packages in the meat department of my supermarket! And the mother was completely oblivious! Until I politely pointed out that her kid needed to be on a leash. Boy, could she curse! At least until I reported her to the store manager for product tampering.
