GIBRALTAR plays a central role in the stories, and in fact, is critical to the entire plot. Unfortunately, I also destroy it at the end of the century. It suffers a near miss with a nuclear weapon during a dispute between Britain and Turkey. The story takes place a couple of centuries later.
