Near the top of UMPCportal's product page there is "Latest news: SUB-UMPCs (e.g. uber-smartphones, specialist devices, web pads) have been moved", with a link to their Sub-UMPC product page. This includes devices without an x86 compatible processor.

The product comparison window does not seem to work for these devices though.
