I spent hours trying to install Connect on Vista. I thought it was a Norton 360 problem because I was able to intstall on a Vista laptop without 360. After an hour on the phone with Sony they finally informed me that they did not support 64 bit systems. They did however tell me that they expected to have near term support.

The support person I spoke with talked to his superiors and called me back with this data.
