FBReader for Recent Files

Currently FBReader is not fully supported by the recent files patch. Files are added in the Recent-folder, but they do not open automatically when powering up. As I explained before, only applications that show-up in the popupmenu/taskbar can be restarted after a power-up. Therefore I modified FBReader to add itself to the popupmenu/taskbar.

I split the installation files in two. One part contains the modified program (_fbreader) and the other the user-configuration files (.FBReader). So if you already have FBReader 0.10.2 installed, then you only need the bin-part. (You can rename the previous _fbreader-folder if you want to keep a copy.)
If you have never installed FBReader, then also install the cfg-part.

Even if you are not using the Recent Files patch, this might be usefull, since this FBReader is added to the taskbar, you can now switch between documents.

PS: I could not find the source code for 0.10.2 anymore, so I use the 0.10.7. I also tried a newer version 0.12.2, but I was not sure what to change to the progam-configuration files (_fbreader\share\FBReader\default) to get it working as well as 0.10.2 (like largeScrollForward).
