It's just head-shakingly unbelievable what some of you guys will put up with from this company and yet still attempt to defend it in some way or other. Someone is getting a 20% battery drain from an e-ink device that hasn't been used for 3 days and this is somehow a good thing or at least acceptable to you? My Sony will sit unused for a week without needing to go into some kind of blank screen standby mode and will still show a full charge when I pick it back up. When I go to read with it after all that time, the response is instantaneous; it clearly hasn't dropped into some kind of hibernation mode.
