In preparation for my Sony prc-600 - convert to epub

Hi all,

I am in the process striping the drm from my ereader (.pdb) files. I will be converting to epub. I plan on likely getting a sony prc-600

Does the device the book is going to end up on really matter when doing the conversion to epub? i.e. are there any settings I should change?

Under Preferences --> Conversion, I have selected the output profile of Sony Reader. Should I be picking this?

Do I need to select anything for the input profile? The pdb files (bought from fictionwise) end up as html after removing the drm.

Is there anything else I should change, or does it just work 'out of the box'.

Thanks.
