That's painful when that happens

My cat insurance people did that, but only the once. Then the vets called and asked if we'd like cat carrier back, after we'd told them to keep it and give it to the blue cross.

Despite that, if/when we do get pets again we would use the same vets and the same insurance company - their service otherwise was excellent
