Bright side - you were not hurt. I know, it doesn't sound really comforting, when all your books (OUCH!!!) and personal data go missing, but it's all that truly matters. It could have gotten very ugly, just like here:

Only if they were bought. If they were loaned (=> illegal to resell), then you should be able to download the again, correct?
