There's no way (that I know of) to do this at present - other than the folders you can add to a rar or zip. However, I believe I've seen a feature enhancement request for Calibre to handle audiobooks. Feature enhancement requests should be made through the bug tracker. It provides a very convenient way to keep track of bugs and changes that people want. It's also a good place to follow Kovid's thinking about features he may decide to add. If he thinks an idea has merit, he'll leave it in the list.
