I
need a cover for my Kindle 2. It's not an option because I'm a klutz. The problem I'm having is that all of the ones I like are leather-based and I'm a vegan.
Before anyone bothers explaining why they use leather ("It's supposed to simulate the books of yore...") or tries to asking something like "You don't have to
eat the cover, what's the problem?" let me just cut you off there and tell you that I understand why they're made of leather and I'm not going to argue the semantics of vegan vs. non-vegan.
I just want something non-leather to protect my Kindle. Thus far I'm leaning towards the
JAVOedge tweed cover because they specifically say it is non-leather but ultimately I'd like to find something closer to the
OCTO vintage or the
Oderon covers.
Most of the non-leather cases, however are more like the Padagonia and that's not what I'm looking for. Anyone have any suggestions for cases that might not be on Amazon? Something off-the-beaten-path?
