What version of FBReader are you using?
If it is this: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...726#post819726
1. inside book press OK
2. select Configure from menu
3. go to second page of options
4. select Styles
5. select Edit current style
6. select regular paragraph
7. set space after to your liking.

If you want to use old version of FBReader that does not support style configuration directly from device, edit X:\system\config.styles.xml and add spaceAfter="5" (or whatever number) to the Regular Paragraph style.
X:\ is where PocketBook is mounted when you connect it to PC using USB cable.
