Simply extract **the entire tools archive**. It will not work if you try to run it from within the zip archive or only extract the one file you think you might need.

After extraction, open the folder of of the type of book you want to work with. Then double click the appropriate *.pyw file and it is a windows gui that will lead you through the conversion.

If it doesn't work for you, then your system is simply not set up with python appropriately. If you run into trouble I am sure someone on that particular blog will help you figure out why.
Thank you! I had the most recent version and I got to the windows gui but why does it want a name and cc#? I put it my name and last 8 digits but it says that's wrong?
