Library software for PDFs on TabletPC like iPad

I hope I am posting this in the correct spot. I have a Sony PRS-505 that I use with Calibre. It is great for reading paperbacks but I also read a lot of A4 tech books so I ordered a tabletPC (HP Touchsmart TM2).

I was wondering if there is a good library management program for the PDFs that I will be reading on the tablet. I would love something that is touchscreen friendly, preferably with a bookshelf type graphical interface like the iPad. I would prefer not to have to convert formats, I would like to read them in native PDF.

Any suggestions?
