Wow I'm reviving a very old thread here - sorry about that. I just wanted to thank JSWolf for doing this. I was fed up with the PDF formats as they were a pain. Although this book is free I almost paid £9 for the ebook from waterstones (I can't believe they have the cheek to charge for it!).
So cheers JSWolf, I looked all over the net for this and went full circle right back to this forum
