Thank you everyone here

Thank you everyone, I’m sooo moved, Although my poor English expressions, you guys are still willing to help me, all of you are so kind of people.

Kevin2960: Thank you very much, you are right, this forum is a really good place, people here are so kind and nice. I hope I could find a way to solve my e-book problem at here.

Neilmarr: Thank you very much for your advices. Firstly, I charged the e-book via a USB cable. USB cable was indeed useless, I searched some advices in the Google , they gave me the same advice as you. So I borrowed a psp charger (ARC wall plug charger) from my friend (she has a sony psp ). The psp charger seems work well, because after charging a long time (nearly six or eight hour),the light beside the power went off( it became red when I pluged the psp charger in the e-book at the beginning) . So I thought the e-book was charged fully. But, when I slide the power button, there was nothing showing on the screen(I even could not see the home page, or the “opening …..” sign, the screen was dark/grey ) except the light (beside the power) became yellow/orange and blinking.

Bremen Cole: Thank you very much for your advices. After charging over, I tried plugging it in to my computer (USB), and slide the power, the computer could not see it and there was no the usb icon in the middle of the screen of the e-book , I also could not find the e-book (Sony software )in my PC. It seems dead, no home page showing, or the “opening …..” sign, except the light (beside the power) became yellow/orange and blinking. 55555~~~~L tears~~~

emonti8384: Thank you very much for your help. You are right, My step was. At first, I have tried plugging it into the AC adapter or the usb to the PC. Then , I used something to push the reset button for a few seconds ( soft reset way ?), The e-book had no reactions (no home page showing, or the “opening …..” sign),and the light was black. Then, I slide the power, the light became yellow/orange and blinking. Then, I slide the power button a couple of times, The e-book still had no reactions except the light blinking. I pressed the reset button for a while and the light became black.

Ken401: Thank you very much for your advices. You are so kind. At first, I charged the e-book via a USB cable. I found the yellow/orange and blinking light, so I searched in the Internet and got the same reason as these words “Flashes in orange when your computer starts accessing the Reader via USB” which you had mentioned in the post. So I was sure that the yellow/orange and blinking light didn’t mean problems. Then I found that charging the e-book via a USB cable was tooo slow and useless, So I borrowed a psp charger (ARC wall plug charger) from my friend (she has a sony psp ).The psp charger seems work well, because after charging a long time (nearly six or eight hour),the light beside the power went off( it became red when I pluged the psp charger in the e-book at the beginning) . So I thought the e-book was charged fully.
Then I tried plugging it in to my computer (USB), and turn it on, the computer could not see it and there was no the usb icon in the middle of the screen of the e-book , I also could not find the e-book (Sony software )in my PC. There was anything showing on the screen. Then I used the soft reset way—use something to push the reset button for a while ( nearly three seconds), It was useless. Then I used the hard reset way ---use something to push the reset button for a while, then slide the power, at this time the light become orange/yellow, then press the back-turn button and the V+ button ant the same time. It was useless too, there was still noting in the screen(I even could not see the home page, or the “opening …..” sign, the screen was dark/grey )

OrcaBlue: you are so lucky, thank you very much for your kindness.
I have the same situation with you “It refused to turn on every morning even the night before the batter meter shows a close to full charge. It still would not turn on even if charging it for a long time.”

I followed your way and To hope some mirecal will coming, It regretted, I have tried plugging it into the AC adapter or the usb to the PC, then press the reset button and hold few seconds, then push the power. I still could see nothing in the screen. L(((((
