I prefer GoodReader (www.goodreader.net) for my documents. It allows me to use their built in web browser to go directly to MB and download my books. Also, I can download large pdf files and goodreader handels them fantastic!

I have Stanza, Kindle, GoodReader and Barnes&Nobel reader. I like Stanza and GoodReader the most.
