You could, however, do a Save to disk and make a copy of your library with the naming scheme you want.

First, go into Preferences -> Add/Save -> Saving Books and configure your output folders and filenames the way you want.

Then, do a Save to disk. You'll get a copy of your library sorted/named the way you want. (I believe it's only the books currently listed, so you can filter first.)

First rule of Calibre is don't mess with that database. There's myriads of ways to access it, though.
