Well, if my options are between a Kindle and an iPad, it's likely that I choose to go without either lol. There's no way I would have paid that much to enter the world of eReaders -- in fact, even had I the money to spare, I'm just not sure eReader devices really warrant that high of a price. And I have been known not to buy things if I feel the price is too high, even if it's well within my means.
