The font selection on the Pocket Pro only works on certain formats, and does not change epubs or pdfs. What I do is change the font of the file I convert to epub an pdf. Though, I haven't confirmed that Calibre leaves it at my chosen font. My pdf does because I don't go through Calibre.

Anyone know if Calibre keeps your original file's fonts or changes it?
