Good to have your company, Blossom. It's no use publishers posting page numbers in a Table Of Contents because pages display differently according to format, device and font size and the references would be out of whack. What some publishers do, though, is to make the TOC live so that you can navigate to what you want using your direction arrows, click on, say, chapter ten and be taken straight there.
