Hi,

I have a few e-books I am trying to convert and it works perfectly except that in all of the converted stories I have something along the lines of this:

Page #
Title l Author name

And it's throughout the entire story since it's at the top of every page in the PDF file.

Is there any way I can convert PDF e-books and leave out all of these headers so that I can have just one continuous flow of the story without these annoying breaks?
