Runrev for iPad is in alpha now. (Yes, I was a Hypercard programmer long and long ago. )

Regarding books on iP* devices, as Stanza shows, we no longer need to have one book=one app. And Apple has said that there will be a separate iBooks store. (They also plan to split the apps store out from music and videos, which I think is a great idea.)
