nekokami --- mentioning Runtime Revolution is _very_ interesting to me, since it was based on HyperCard which was originally used to make a number of book-like projects as well as things which went far beyond books (_The Manhole_, _Myst).
I'd really like to see a Runtime Revolution app for the iPad --- or Apple should do AppleScript Studio for it.
