Apologies there are only 2 not 4 copies.

Each pdf is called exactly the same but are in different folders. One folder ends with (15875) and the other ends in (15878). Calibre is pointing to the folder ending in (15878).

I haven't manually created the other one though. This looks like it's Calibre and how it creates the file structure adding the numbers on the end of the folder when adding books.

Does Calibre create a default book format when adding books? Therefore it's maybe created a pdf of the one that's already there causing the duplicate.

Appreciate your help with this.
