Has anyone else noticed that when you use the remove first image option it adds the new image and then 2 chapter breaks. If you don't use the remove first image option you get two images and the ordinary amount of breaks. It seems like its removing the image but not the existing break so when it adds the new image with a chapter break you end up with one extra break.
