I am not even sure at whom I want to rant: the IT guy who made an appointment for 8 am or for myself believing him?

Since when did an IT guy rock up a) at 8 am and b) on time

Arrrrrrrghh 4 cups of coffee and 2 hours later I am still waiting. Wonder where he has got his fingers cos they are surely not on the phone dialing my number. And I am just too impatient myself to set up this so called 'easy' wireless network at home. Already through one of the routers against the wall (I did mention I am impatient didn't I).

Stuff these so called 'easy-to-it-yourself' things they never work for me.
