So they want me to send back the OLD one, and Pay a second time at full price, for One Reader,
Ummmmh Now why Don't I fancy that Idea ???
My Reply,
"Hi,
I'm a little confused by your reply, You expect me to pay AGAIN to replace Faulty goods ?
Under the Sale of Goods Act, etc I believe I am entitled to a free replacement or Full Refund,
I do want a replacement, but if you are refusing to do this, then I require a full refund as the goods are faulty and not of saleable quality.
I anxiously await your response,
Regards "
They are Kidding Right ???
