I too regularly re-read the Tolkien, the Chronicles of Amber, and the first of the Dune books - quality epic story telling never gets old. I have a few more favorites that I revisit regularly:

Leguin's Left Hand of Darkness and the Dispossessed
PK Dick's Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch, Man in the High Castle, and DADOES?
Crowley's Engine Summer (which may be my favorite book ever)
Tarr and Turtledove's Household Gods
Bradbury's Death is a Lonely Business
Piercy's Gone to Soldiers
Tevis' Mockingbird
