If impserve, part of ebookutils 0.8, is running in the background and you are connected to your computer via the usb cable, then I don't see why not.
That is, if your original hyperlink link in the .imp ebook is coded as such i.e. <a href="HTTP://EXTERNAL URL">original hyperlink</a>.
I think you could also access the internet without impserve running in the background, due to
recent ETI server changes that now allows this, but there would then be no filtering/correcting of common difficulties that the EBW11150 may encounter when dealing with website hyperlinks.
